How to Track your Catalogue Order


Most catalogues have a number of delivery options, in the case of the Very catalogue as a typical example, the delivery options for most small items include free Next Day Delivery using the Collect+ service where you can pick up your parcel from your local shop, standard next day delivery (incurring a £3.95 charge) where if you place your order before 9pm Monday through to Friday you get it the very next day. If you need a specific delivery date you can choose the delivery date that suits you up to 8 days in advance. The parcel(s) do not need to be delivered to your house, they can deliver to another address if you like and if you miss the delivery they will leave a card with contact details for you to arrange another delivery day.

If your parcel does not arrive as expected, then a you can visit your “My Account” page on the catalogue website where you will find details of all orders past and present, along with information on outstanding deliveries and exactly where they are in the delivery process. Once you open an account with a catalogue such as Very or Littlewoods, they all provide an online account page where you can view all your account details and transactions, in addition to tracking existing orders.
